Try the Salmon. We have salmon a lot, and this is the best I've ever had. The waiters were attentive and made us feel very welcome, and the local beer was a treat. The restaurant was full of locals, which is always a good sign....The atmosphere was just right. We'll be heading straight here when we next visit Quebec!More
