I recently posted a review about Blightys which in hindsight wasn’t really fair.I complained about the Caesar Salad having roasted capers and prosciutto which was not my idea of a Caesar,The ingredients were clearly shown on the menu and it is their take on the...Caesar.The corkage fee of $25 is a standard charge by other restaurants in Victoria similar to Blightys.I did not know this until recently.I ordered my steak medium and it was rare but I elected to eat it and not complain except by posting the review that I did.I should have told the server about the mistake which would have been corrected.The service by this server was excellent.
