Disclaimer: This is not a food review but a service review. My husband wanted to surprise me with a candle-lit dinner for our wedding anniversary this weekend. Since his culinary skills are limited to toasting Eggos, he decided to order from Bistro Grace. He called...three days ahead and was told to order from the blackboard which is posted on their FB Page on Thursday afternoon. The menu was not posted on Thursday, so he called and was told it is posted on Instagram on Friday. He tried to order on Friday but was told they were not taking anymore orders, and encouraged him to call today (Oct 23). He called, as instructed and was told that the chef was not filling take-out orders today. The lack of communication from Bistro Grace has been frustrating and disappointing to say the least. I will never try to order from them again, and will never dine there. I will also tell everyone I know how feckless, unhelpful, and incompetent the staff is. We just ordered from La Maison Verte, who are polite, prompt, and efficient. Looking forward to a great dinner.
