Fair We ordered out on Nov 28, 2020. We're Japanese and we are used to good quality sushi. First and most important of all, the sushi rice is undercooked and hard. In sushi, the rice is most important ingredient. In Japan, a sushi chef used...to train for years, how to choose rice, how to cook rice with the right texture and also how to make the rice with the right taste for sushi. Many Chinese or Korean restaurants don't know how to make the basic ingredient, and it shows in their rice. Next, the other ingredients were very skimpy. very thin strips of avocado, very thin egg and the flavouring was not right, and the fish was paper thin. I really appreciate quality and i am quite willing to pay more for it. The food in this restaurant lis very poor quality.
