This restaurant is friendly and cheap. But sometimes cheap can be disappointing. I I wanted a vietnamese-thai restaurant tonight: the full menu with a spicy soup, delicious spring rolls , a main dsh and the “ fried beignet” dessert. Little choice is offered soup wise...chicken...noodle or a spicy seafood one...if you took the seafood side of the menu. The spring rolls are really small so they give you three...but three small dried ones instead of two bigger juicier ones...not comparable. I took the ginger chicken...it was fade until I suddenly got to the end of the dish...that part had tasty ginger. They gave us 2 choices for dessert. They said cake or tapioca...the cake was actually half of a small round thin ice cream sandwich sprinkled with sesame seeds and what seemed to be a sirop made from an ordinary table syrup mixed with a drop of honey. And the did not offer Jasmine tea..just ordinary. Seems a place with lot’s of regular customers who ordered dishes not offered on the menu. They told me no credit cards...interact or cash only. I definetly will not go back...I prefer paying a bit more to get better quality.
