Pho Hao has got to have the largest variety of Vietnamese Phos/soups in Montreal (and I've been to quite a few Pho spots). With its unique green wall-paint, smells of pho in the air, and Vietnamese music playing in the background, you could very well...have been transported to somewhere in Vietnam! Pros: - Prices are super-reasonable - Pho Hao doesn't skimp on the ingredients - Do try the soups that aren't typically found at our Vietnamese restaurants (Bo Kho for example) - The sauteed preparations are top-notch too; - Lots of seating Cons: - Waiters/waitresses aren't too communicative - Broths can be a little salty (compared to other places) - Spring Rolls are so-so I wouldn't say the make the pho broth in town, but I would highly recommend coming here just for the wide selection and authentic ingredients.
