Had left information on reservation regarding daughter’s birthday. Table not ready for us. Poor attention to detail. Service lacking. Simple request such as more toast for charcuterie. Beer glass empty at Happy Hour? Desserts not even offered. Food spilled on my wife’s jacket when clearing...plates. I picked up the fallen utensils and plates myself. While the server was apologetic, the restaurant was not busy and several staff were just standing around. Host was helpful and he seemed to be the only one paying attention. We will be visiting our daughter often as she lives close by and this had the potential to be our “go-to” spot. While I did leave a generous tip, I look forward to seeing how the restaurant makes this right!More
