We were in Oakridge Centre to shop for a watch and decided to enjoy dim sum at the Peninsula seafood Restaurant. Dining at the Peninsula is more comfortable than the food court. The dim sum was par for the course but the staff was not...as proficient as would be expected for this caliber of restaurant.
