Our favourite place for Fish and Chips, especially after a walk around the Legislature grounds across the street. I wouldn't describe it as fancy, but you'll be surprised by the quality of the fish and variety of the sides. I've had very good luck with the Bubble and Squeak in particular. The only thing missing is mushy peas! We recommend this for sure! Note it's also very kid friendly with activity mats, kid menus, and a change table in the bathroom that's accessible to women and men. Thanks for thinking of us dads out there! :)
