This must be the dirtiest McDonalds I have ever been to! Not only could you see leftover food on the tables that haven’t been picked up, table tops not wiped clean and all sorts of debris strewn all over the floor from the moment you...walk in to behind the counter where supposedly should be cleaner than my kitchen, according to ‘McDonald Standards’. I must of been waiting at the counter at least a good seven minutes, with the employee right in front of me, not ever acknowledging my presence, actually there were three of them.Oh, not because they were so busy they couldn’t take my order but because the staff was sooooo enthralled in a lengthy conversation of their own personal affairs of the night before right there out in the open for all to hear. They just kept talking and laughing and couldn’t care less who was waiting. Finally, when ‘they’ were ready to take my order I paid and waited some more. That’s when the screaming started. One employee was getting reprimanded for leaving his post and he was screaming back that he went to get lettuce for the BigMacs. Clearly, he wasn’t happy he was getting screamed at in front of everyone so he felt it all too natural to scream even louder back and make a total spectacle of himself. All this right in front of the customers. By this time I was beyond frustrated with all the kindergarten shenanigans going on behind the scenes! YES, behind the scenes because we, the customers, were well behaved in the front. They eventually handed me my food, so I sat down to eat. To my great dismay, the mcchiicken was cold. Now, after everything do you think I went back to tell them??? Absolutely not, I think I would of still been there waiting until the royal heinesses would be ready to serve me! I tell you, a complete circus in this place. McDonalds prides itself on amazing industry standards and preparing these people to eventually enter the corporate world with exceptional work ethics. I don’t think so!! What the hell happened here? Where was the manager? Was he/she hiding amongst the ones that were there that evening? And the owner, what happened? Don’t tell me you have no idea what’s going on in your business. Or are you too busy racking in the money that you’re probably on a beach somewhere sunning your buns. Well, all this to say that my experience at the Papineau location was deplorable. I would NEVER go back! It is worth a detour at another location. Not clean, not polite and courteous, no professional ethics whatsoever and poor food management! This a recipe for disaster!!!More
