Terrible service - went in with my family (4 of us) on a Sunday just before lunch time. Restaurant was probably 10% full. Other than being given the menu and some tea when we got in, and being served our food, no one else interacted...with us during our meal. We did not get proactively offered any water or any other extra utentils/plates for our small kids. We even had to get our own booster seats from the back. My table ran out of napkins and I was taking napkins from another dispenser at the table next to me- the server saw what I was doing but couldn't be bothered to come and offer to refill my napkin dispenser. The dishes were never cleaned off our table after we were done with them. The one employee who was working was busy cleaning tables rather than seeing what the tables needed. The owner/manager was sitting at another table doing her own thing oblivious to what was going on around her. And as for food... it was probably average. Calgary has a number of other Vietnamese places that have better service and have better food. Vote with your feet and don't support a business that takes their customers for granted.
