My wife and daughter recently had late Sunday breakfast at the Third Restaurant on Wellington Street in Ottawa. We ate outside on one of their hightop tables. The service was good with immediate coffee servings. There were no salt or pepper shakers on the table,...which could be attributable to the pandemic. My wife and I had the Classic Breakfast and my daughter had French Toast. My breakfast was comprised of eggs easy over with sausage and a potato cake. My wife had scrambled eggs with bacon. Both dishes were OK, but with nothing remarkable. My daughter's French Toast were not very tasty and weren't served with maple syrup. The best I could say is that the service was better than the food and the food was OK. I would go back for breakfast if other options weren't available.
