Pretty much the worst waitress I’ve ever had in Vancouver: can’t make eye contact, drops off drink and walks away while you’re about to ask a question, walks past numerous times to another table and ignore yours, can’t ask if you’d like anything, looks bored...and irate if you have a question and can’t crack a smile to save her life. This is Michelle. And after being ignored numerous times and you have to call her name three times while waving in order to get her attention as she walks once again by you she then comes over and lectures you that she doesn’t appreciate your calling her name. The absolute worst person in the service industry I’ve seen in years. And I’ve been a waiter in Vancouver, Toronto and NYC for 20 years. I asked for a replacement server (who was lovely) and asked him.later who the manager was....it’s Michelle. How sad. Whoever owns this place should know better. Shawn the trivia is awesome and food OK, but how pathetic to sanction someone like this who obviously hates her job and can barely tolerate people.
