The restaurant was not even busy, yet the service was incredibly slow and unprofessional. Most Chinese restaurants will change your side plates multiple times during a banquet style dinner. The server brought a few new plates and just placed them on the table. We had...to change the plates and get more ourselves. The food was lukewarm and the soup very watery with no flavor. When handing out the individual wet napkins for our lobster dish, the waitress looked like she was dealing poker - just throwing the napkins to each of us. One of the dishes has a long thick string in it and when brought to the attention of the waitress, she only commented that we would not be charged for it. They ran out of two of the dishes we ordered and got our order incorrect. They never apologized only saying that we would not get charged. The washrooms were disgusting, smelly and appears to have not been cleaned for days. Never again.
