It was our last night in Calgary and we were staying at a nearby hotel. I googled pubs near me and this came up. We didnt want to drive far so this was it. I was pleasantly surprised. The bartender told us the entire place...was renovated a few months ago. They transformed it from a bar with pool tables to a modern looking sports bar. High ceilings, I liked the variety of booths, tables, and high tops and a nice long bar. There were tons of huge TVs on every wall. They had a special on chicken wings so we split an order for an appetizer, pretty good. I had the chicken quesadilla and side salad. Loved the spring mix salad. Quesadilla was pretty stuffed. He had chicken club sandwich and cup of chicken taco soup. Cup of soup was huge! Everythig was great, bartender was super friendly. It was near closing and the place had cleared out by the time we left so one of the waitresses actually sat and chatted with us for awhile. Glad we stopped in.
