This is one of the few Tony Roma’s still open in Alberta. They are known for Ribs, so I decided I would have Beef Ribs, which are my favourite type of Ribs. I ordered the Bountiful Beef Ribs. I chose the 4 Ribs option, with...Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Vegetables. It’s been well over 12 years since I’ve been to Tony Roma’s and I remember their Beef Ribs as being pretty good, so I was looking forward to my meal. The Food arrived after a short wait. The Beef Ribs were as I remembered. They were tasty and fairly tender. The Rib Sauce definitely compliments the flavour of the Beef. The Garlic Mashed potatoes would have been pretty good, if it wasn’t for how salty they were. They really need to tone down the amount of salt they put in them. The Vegetables were just steamed/boiled Broccoli. They were a bit soggy and didn’t really compliment the meal. They should add a few other Vegetables like Carrots and Peppers, for variety, instead of just Broccoli. Overall, the Beef Ribs were pretty good, while the Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli were just ok. Service was good, friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable.
