I found this secret unknown little place to locals (A guy told me he lived on the same street than the restaurant and it took him 2 years to notice it) that is mostly visited by South American people. It is as small as it...is delicious. The chef puts emphasis on quality over anything. It has a small menu but everything is exceptional and incredibly fresh. Their Churros can't taste any fresher and their empanadas give you a taste of heaven. Don't forget their awesome seafood soup. The prices are pretty reasonable and the owner (Carlos) is a really nice guy. You MUST try it, but don't tell anyone, it's a secret ;) .
