I have lived in Edmonton 11 years and have dined out a few times in higher-end restaurants. Ruth's Chris Steak House is far superior to any of the others that I have been fortunate enough to go to. The ambiance , was beautiful and relaxed, the service was impeccable, and the menu was the finest choices of steak, lamb and fish. (our choices from the menu), were cooked to perfection. Each appetizer and side dish, favourable and artistically presented. Dessert Devine. The meal is pricy but well worth every dollar.
