Hadn't been here for a while, but have come twice in the past 2 weeks, both times were really good. I have tried all three of the Ramen broths, and they are all excellent, even the Vegetarian Mushroom broth. My favorite is the Tonkotsu which has deep and satisfying flavors that go far beyond the pork bone. My wife likes the Shio for its simple, clean profile. Clams add a lot. The noodles were perfectly al dente, with a nice bite to them. Fried chicken is outstanding, crispy and juicy, with a great goma based sauce. If you love chicken, you need to try this. Colm, the daytime chef, is a great host and is clearly proud of his food. He'll tell you everthing you want to know. There is a fair bit of good ramen in Calgary these days, but these guys do it right. I'll be back often.
