We met with family for brunch. Our server was awful, and used terrible safety protocols, such as touching the handles of our used cups with her bare hands, reaching over the table instead of going around to the other side to serve the other end...of the table. Our drinks were very slow to arrive, and we only got one refill on the $4 coffees. Rip-off! And even though we stayed and visited after we paid, not once did anyone come back to ask if we wanted anything else. Very inattentive and slow service. But the food was good - chicken waffles were excellent, the chorizo hash was fabulous, and we all had enough to eat. But it would have been safer and better to just leave carafes of coffee on the table so we could serve our own refills and not feel neglected.
