My husband and I are from St. Louis where we have an area called the Hill that is known as the Italian part of the city with some of the best Italian markets and restaurants. It is very hard for us to find pasta outside...of the Lou that we like and this place exceeded our expectations and was just as good if not better than many that we love at home. We were in Vancouver celebrating our anniversary and they greeted us with Champaign as soon as the server came to introduce herself. The burrato caprese appetizer was delicious (putting it on the hot bread was amazing.). We both loved our pastas. Lisia was very attentive and kind. The other staff that came by also were fantastic. If we lived in Vancouver, we would be regulars here but it will be the one place we will return to next time we visit. Thank you to all!More
