It was cold and rainy evening. Wife and I had a craving for some noodles. Decided to try this one out since it opened in the west end. Place is clean and there was one lady working out front. We ordered two noodle dishes, one...thick and one medium thick. Both are very thick because of the way they are made. There was a video playing that showed all of the Old Xian places and how they make the noodle. The server seemed cold at first but she turned about to be very nice and attentive. Reasonable price. Walked out full and happy.
