Mainly tourist goods (much of which is readily available at most of the souvenir shops); they also have a large selection of interesting culinary options: maple powder, maple granules, maple chunks, maple “caviar“, as well as a large variety of sauces, jams & and toppings,...which friendly staff will describe/demonstrate for those interested. The baked goods are so-so, the maple chocolates are pretty good; they also have gelato. A fair amount of seating, which can fill quickly when crowded (which slows service noticeably).
