We were in Winnipeg tonight, staying at a hotel, for a doctors appointment tomorrow. We decided to order takeout from Montana’s since I had knee surgery and walking is terrible right now. We ordered the ribs, beef brisket, shredded pork, fries, beans, garlic toast, corn...muffin. My husband asked twice if there was cutlery in the bag and the girl assured him that everything was there. He got back to the hotel and NO cutlery, napkins or ketchup for the fries. Not great service. Thankfully the front desk at our hotel came to our rescue. Not everyone that does takeout, takes it home to eat where you have cutlery. Not too pleased with the service. We are from out of town so for us this was supposed to be a treat.
