Last night I was having dinner at Cocodi. I had a groupon . When I asked for the bill they told me that they not accept groupons anymore and I had to pay. I asked to talk to the manager about it after paying my...bill and that was when an acceptable situation started to happen. He started yelling at the waitress because she didn’t ask us first if we had a grupon, he continue yelling at her saying awful things and then he continued yelling at me saying that he is not going to do nothing with the situation and left the restaurant yelling at his waitress again. The owner is the worst person managing a restaurant I have ever seen. I think that was unacceptable yelling at a client and his employees. He was not able to deal with the situation. I was not asking for my money back, probably groupon refund me with no problem but if his waitress didn’t ask if we had the offer and then he has to deal with the situation, that is his job. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. WORST CLIENT SERVICE I EVERN SEEN.
