Poor customer service!! I usually purchase frozen dim sum from Lucky Dim Sum inside the Central Landmark mall. A friend recommended One Dim Sum so I decided to try a few different frozen items. I made some of their Shrimp Dumplings and found the dough...to be quite thick, also I noticed there were cracks in the dumplings when they were frozen. I called the store and explained that I didn't like the product and asked if I could exchange it for something else (I only made 4 of dumplings from the bag). They said the dough is supposed to be like that and they would not offer a refund or exchange. They don't care if their customers are satisfied and don't stand behind their products so I will never go back.
