First off, we made a reservation/open table where they text you when your table is ready. We didn’t get a text until 12:30pm and at that point we were long gone. Restaurant said they were open at 11am. When we got there at 11:30am there was a long line of people waiting to get in so what was the point of booking online?!?! Then when we finally got seated, the online menu stated that there was brunch but when we got there the host had no idea whether there was brunch or not. Her response was “I’m not sure, let me check” then didn’t return. When the waitress came around and informed us that there was not brunch it was already 12:15pm. We were done and ended up leaving. The food is always great at Taylor’s Landing but everything else is pretty horrible. I have been living in the area for as long as the restaurant has been open and it seems there is always something at this place.
