Boudin was great, Shrimp guédille was disappointing and plain, underseasoned and sorely lacking in texture, soggy bread (low quality bread as well) Bison tartar was plain bad, undersalted, ill-seasoned. Really disappointing. Pork was great, accompanied by a solid salsa. Wine list was interesting but absolutely...overinflated pricewise, even for PI Service was nice and personable.
