This is a restaurant which is most pleasing to "foodies" who love tasty, colourful, multi-textured food! Having eaten in many thousands of restaurants in over 140 countries over many years... this restaurant has been the MOST PLEASING... and it is vegan also [NOTE: I am...not a vegetarian]! The main meals come in four "different styles"-- as a salad, in Pita, as a "hummus plate" or a platter [each with different items included and at different prices]. The colours and textures in "the platter" reflect the fresh vegetables used as well as the hummus and "chick pea fries" [which are a truly incredible culinary invention]. SIMPLY THE BEST!!!
