The customer service was appalling and the food was awful. We went for dinner on a Sunday evening with 8 people. There was nobody else in the restaurant yet the service was terrible. First we ordered Lebanese wine that was on the menu and the...waiter brought a different wine but tried to tell us it was the same. My friend was familiar with the wine but we decided not to send it back and make a fuss as the waiter seemed put out and didn't offer to take it back. The waiter was not very attentive throughout the meal and seemed to be put out by serving us. Most people ordered the buffet. It was not very fresh, very mediocre. My friend and I ordered lamb chops and the meat was very tough. I told the waiter my meat was too tough to eat . All the 4 pieces were tough so I said I couldn't eat it. He did not appologize or suggest something else. He took it away and brought another 4 lamb chops that were rare although I had ordered medium I explained I didn't want rare and sent the second plate back so he brought a third plate. It was as if he didn't know what to do yet he never suggested that he could get me something else. I have never had such bad quality food or service. He never once asked anyone how they were enjoying the meal or if we wanted anything and never apologized for the food. Any decent restaurant would not have charged us for the lamb chops but there was no attempt on their part to do this They just lost 8 customers who will never go back there. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I have never actually sent food back so this was a first for me!More
