We first discovered this restaurant when we moved back to Winnipeg from Toronto in the early 2000s. After returning to Toronto and then back to Winnipeg again in 2012 we have been ordering from Kai Ping since. The food is delicious and inexpensive. Whether you...pick up or get it delivered they're always on time. The staff are friendly and helpful. One of us has Celiacs and they know exactly which dishes are safe and which aren't, and can even alter dishes to keep the gluten out. We were a bit worried when the restaurant came under new ownership but the old owners helped them out for a good 6 months and I'm happy to say it's just as good now as it always has been.
