The food is delisious here and the owner is running this small family resturant that has been in Winnipeg a long time. I only wish the portions were like they used to be i would gladly pay more and the crystal dumplings were fantastic! I...have no idea why they were removed from menu .Another issue is with the ribs and rice this is so good and has a unique flavor i have not had in any other restaurant but over the last few years the amount of meat in this dish is tiny beyond comical. Give people and old customers respect and do not be so cheap with the meat you will make more money in the long run plus people will pay more if you give them their moneys worth. You should not have fixed something that was not broken. After saying this i still love the food here it is different than any other Chinese snack house i have tried just be a little more generous with the portions please. Two small spoons of eat on a bowl of rice is insulting and make the fried perogies the same as before and not like the mini ones you have now also bring back the crystal dumpling.
