Lovely small intimate café with sweet tea-shop feel but not overly cutesy. Superb tea kept warm in glass carafe over a candle was good to the final sip. Real china teacups were a treat too. We ate lunch. Seafood chowder was made to order and...got rave reviews. My ham and egg crepe was the best I've ever eaten (and I like crepes!) Our first pastry choice wasn't a winner but when we drew it to their attention it was promptly replaced with an elegant salted caramel chocolate tart that was over the moon. Service was nice with both the owner, Soffee, and her son making visits in addition to our lovely young server. I want to go back for high tea but you must book ahead. Suggestion: Allow a little extra time for parking in this area of the city.
