I went to the Whole Foods cafe for their delicious Discovery Coffee and saw that I was sitting under a sign that said Fin and Pearl. A surprise that there was a restaurant here! A limited but good menu was posted. I couldn't resist staying...until lunch was served at11:00 am and I ordered the Salt Spring Island Mussels in a basel pesto sauce. Absolutely delicious! They were fresh and perfectly cooked, a large bowl full. Only $9.00 Service was friendly and helpful and the place was sparkling clean and bright.
