Ordered a pizza and was told 60 minutes for delivery. 80 minutes later, I called back to ask where the order was, was put on hold for 5 minutes, and then informed that the driver was having issues at a previous delivery!! I asked if...we would be compensated and was informed that they do not guarantee delivery times and there are never compensation made. The driver would be here in 10 minutes. Driver arrived about 12 minutes later, the driver was nice enough, the pizza was cold, and we said no thanks. Will probably never hear from them and will not be ordering from them again. Again, the driver was nice, but the poor attitude on the phone is a disappointment.
