The last 2 times I have placed an order for a club sandwich here, I have ordered cheese on it. I didn't get cheese. Why is it so hard? I just called to place another order with cheese but told them that I wasn't paying...for the cheese or the debit fee. The guy on the phone said that he would transfer me to his supervisor. I explained the situation to her and she said that there was nothing she could do about the debit fee. I told her that she could do whatever she needed to do to discount it by $2. I don't want anything for free...just wait I paid for and didn't get. She put me on hold forever so I just hung up. Never again. We regularly order from there but we will go somewhere else from now on.
