My friend and I went to this "Love for Pho" for dinner one Saturday evening in July at around 8:30 p.m. The restaurant was not busy at that time, but as we walked in, we were told to sit at a table near the entrance...by a lady standing behind the back counter. It took her almost a good 5 minutes to bring us the menu and another 10 minutes to come back to take our orders. After she brought us the food in 15 minutes, she walked away and never came back to check on us. When we finished our dinner, we found the lady was chatting with another staff behind the counter, she didn't even bother to look into our direction. We finally had to go to the cash register to ask for our bill. To be fair, food was acceptable but no exceptional. However, the service we received on that evening had sent us a clear message, this is a restaurant with NO SERVICE AT ALL! We will not go back again!More
