When you get the order wrong on a pick up order and then when the customer calls to mention it and then you make fun of the customer with other workers without muting the phone then you get a bad rating. Next time you choose...to bad mouth your clients mute your phone. I live outside the city and was craving the food. To drive 50 mins round trip and the order to be wrong is already disappointing but to make snide remarks about your clients even after you were tipped 20% is insulting. You obviously don’t need my money cause you already have all the customers you can handle. It makes it easy now that you don’t have dine in due to the pandemic, that you don’t really have to deal with customers or kitchen screw ups.
