We placed a take out order worth over $100 for dinner on Sunday October 29 around 7:45pm, and they cancelled my order. Based in past experiences and service, I gave them the benefit of the doubt assuming they were busy and ordered the same order...again the next day October 30 around 6:55pm. Again, they cancelled my order. I happen to place this order using my cell while I was waiting for my doctors appointment across street. This was in plain view of their front door. Yes, my doctor worked late, too many people sick I guess. I would say the place was about 60% full, so it wasn't as if they were too busy. I guess they are so rich that over the last year between deliveries and our office functions we spent spent close to $5000 they don't want the income. I can now say we will spend nothing there at all ever again. I told my coworker about having our dinner order cancelled, and she also will boycott them. For our next function, we will just drive to The Colony on main instead where at least if I call for a take out they do care enough to make it. She even apologized that it would take a little longer, as they were busy. In short, Toby's seems to not care, so why should we support you.......
