I went to visit Phomono this evening for dinner with a friend of mine. I ordered a vermicelli bowl and found a hair in it. After showing the server she took my plate to the back to show her manager. After bringing our bills out...she said that she couldn’t take it off the bill and gave us 10% off and a coupon instead. This is not acceptable. I would not recommend this place, nor will I be revisiting.
