This place must have changed management or owners or 'chefs.' Twice in the last month, I have ordered the lamb noodle soup. Both times, the broth itself and the toppings were the same as they have always been. Both times, the noodles themselves were store...bought, 'machine made' noodles. i.e. they are not serving the hand made, hand pulled, hand stretched noodles anymore. This would not have made me angry if they had let me know, when I ordered, that they don't serve hand made noodles anymore. But they did not call me, tell me when i was there in person, or give me any other warning. I opened my take out package both times and find these regular old noodles - udon in one case and rice vermicelli in another. what the f? In addition, the takeout containers they use always smell like cheap plastic and take away from the scent of the food. I will never order from here again, not only because they no longer serve the one thing which set them apart from other restaurants, but also because they did not notify me, and the photos of the lamb noodle (and the lanzhou noodle) on the website still shows the handmade one. FALSE ADVERTISING.
