Imagine your travels one hour outside of Rome, Italy and finding an amazing, authentic restaurant? Then consider this wonderful time and world-travelling adventure that is right next door. We have been going to this restaurant for 10 years, bringing friends and family who become immediate...converts. But you have to be ready for adventure. You enter through the back door, through the takeout area, the dining room is exactly as it has been for years, and the wonderful couple who owns and runs it are also the same. Hard-working, dedicated and very specific about what you can and can't do and eat. And usually a mass or Italian soap opera is on the tv. So you order the delicious chicken parmagiana, the tender pasta, hearty meatballs and savour the experience. The wine is good, great value. And the deep-fried olives are a treat. Order ahead for lasagna, it's delicious but not always available. And much can be taken out for future meals as well. Love this place, but you have to go expecting that the authenticity of the experience is part of the value you will receive.
