This Pizza Pizza location is so pathetic I pitty them. Let's be honest it's not the best quality pizza. I order for speed and value. Over the last 6 months I have ordered 10 times. 7 have been late. I held them to the free...guarantee 3 times and let them off the hook 4 times. They also have a scratch and win feature on the ap. Today the pizza actually came in 25 mins. Well they forgot the garlic bread with the free chilli and the pizza lacked sauce and was undercooked. I have sent emails to head office saying I just want the pizza on time and an accurate order. They just don't seem to care. You would think at least they would flag my address cause I have had so many free pizzas. Such is not the case. Other pizza chains in the area tell you upfront that they delivery will be an hour as it's just that kind of neighborhood. Pizza Pizza just seems to be content disappointing their customers over and over. I'm at the point that I will just stock my freezer with frozen pizzas. As much as I pitty them there comes a point in time where you have to call them out. It's beyond sadMore
