I have now gone twice to Cedar Sweets to shop and both times I’ve received poor service. The first time I waited for nearly 20 minutes without being acknowledged as the clerk was busy chatting with a customer. Today, I went in, was acknowledged. Then...I asked about a prepackaged cookie basket. When I asked the clerk if it was possible to purchase a smaller size she blatantly said no, and proceeded to walk away. Needless to say I was shocked as she stood at the front till and ignored me. I proceeded to walk out. I drove down the street to another patisserie where I was served by a clerk who clearly had the appropriate people skills for the job. I will not enter or recommend Cedar Sweets.
