I ordered a large pick up order . I noticed the next day I didn't receive my 15% pick up order discount when I called about it they said it's now 10% but flyer still says 15%. I opted to receive pita bread and rice...instead of a credit. I had bought my vegetarian daughter a Spaghetti Alfredo and delivered it to her the following day. When she got around to opening it she discovered it had meat sauce. I called Il Greco and explained what had happened and was told I could pick up an Alfredo spaghetti in replacement at no charge. Once arriving at Il Greco I was approached by a very hostile employee named Joyce ( ? ) she reamed me out for not bringing the mistaken food back the night before ( at that time I didn't know it was the wrong food). I told her the person on the phone said it was no charge. I find it extremely bad practice to bring food back during a pandemic. Joyce after being extremely rude towards me simply dismissed me and started talking to other customers. When I tried to speak to her the younger girl at the desk told me she was with customers. I am a customer as well. In the end they charged me full price for the replacement. Our family has always enjoyed Il Greco and have thought of it as a treat. I am unsure if I will ever return even though I do try to shop local and have gone there since it was the Lantern House. I have heard they are going to have pickup only once the condos go in there if that is the case I suggest they check the orders to make sure they are correct before they are picked up. To be honest our orders are never correct.
