We went for dinner and chose Wellington's since it is the best steakhouse in Calgary. The same chef has been making the steaks for a very long time and is a master at it. I started with an appetizer of steak tartar. That was prepared...table side and it was delicious. My main course was a filet that was prepared exactly as ordered. My date had a gluten free dairy free prime rib roast that she enjoyed. We found a BC sparkling wine to accompany our dinner. The service was excellent. Garth, the manager, has an excellent sense of humour and made the experience very pleasant.
