We arrived into Vancouver famished and made our way eventually to the Coast HOtel. THis White Spot restaurant was the hotel's restaurant and was just about to close but they served us. Excellent, warm service and the food was excellent. We had the full pork...rib rack and a Salmon Trio- we didn't know what to expect with the ribs but they were absolutely cooked to perfection and super. Next day we had breakfast here too- excellent omelettes and eggs. Very very good service.
