Over a dozen soups in this tiny restaurant tucked away at the back of the third floor of Le Fauberg. (If you want something more substantial there is a what looks to be good Chinese food at at a resto right next to Fondue Chinoise....The soups here are huge. Bone broth is the base for dumplings, rare beef, lamb, pork and many other options . Add coriander and hot sauce and you've got a substantial and delicious inexpensive meal (most soups are between $10 and $15 and one bowl is enough for two people). On top of the price of the soup there is a $2 deposit for the bowl. When I returned my bowl I told them to keep the $2 as a tip and was refused "No tips here I was told." Nice people, great food, plus there is an amazing Chinese supermarket one floor down.
