Went for dinner Saturday night call for reservations, got them for 7:00pm . When we arrived got our table right away. Not one person came over to talk for a 1/2 hour. We got our drink order and then 20 minutes later my mom and...sister got their appetites. Forgot my soup, waited 15 minutes then my soup came. waited 20 minutes the server came and told me they were out of the pasta I order and if I did not mind the substitute. I was fine. Then all other guest that arrived way after we did were getting their food and we were still waiting. The server did finally come over and tell us our food would be up soon, and asked if everything was OK our answer was no and we stated our concerns. She said we had 3 big parties tonight. . Yes we understood but how do people coming in after us get their food before us. We were there from 7:00 to 9:30 we could not have dessert since the restaurant was closing. Nothing was done for us to make us feel better. I work in the food industry and will make sure everyone I know about my horrible experience. I eat out a lot and have never had this kind of an experience. No one even cared that we were so unhappy.
