I had reserved a table for a business meeting and was placed in the restaurant section. I was informed by my co-workers that the same hostess had seated them in the lounge area and was not informed by the staff. After being seated in the lounge area and placing our food order (which was fantastic), the drink service was very poor. It was not very busy in the lounge that evening, and I had noticed that our waitress spent more time conversing with regular patrons than service. Being that I have worked in hospitality industry for 15 years, I was very put off by our waitress's service. We had waited 20 minutes to receive not only any service, but our bill as well, to where I had to physically walk up to our waitress at the bar and ask for it. I understand that we all have off days, but to have 4 waitresses in designated sections where hers was not busy, I found this to be unacceptable.
